Indivisible SYV Town Hall - Fighting Voter Suppression

We’re headed for a massive blue wave in the midterms, but Trump and his allies will cheat in any way possible to try to stop us. 38 states already have voter suppression laws with more possibly to come. And Congress is threatening the biggest nationwide voter suppression law ever– the Save Act.

Indivisible SYV is honored to host a Town Hall on Fighting Voter Suppression featuring Kathleen Unger, founder of VoteRiders, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to eliminate voter ID barriers. VoteRiders informs communities about ID laws, equips partner organizations to expand voting access, advocates for pro-voter policies and provides free one-on-one help to individuals to secure an accepted form of ID to vote.

The need for VoteRiders’ work has never been greater. Join us for this timely and immensely important Town Hall… and bring your friends and neighbors. Democracy needs us now. For more on VoteRiders, go to https://voteriders.org/

Common Grounds: A Space to Process, Connect, and Strategize Together

Common Grounds is InvisibleSYV’s monthly gathering designed specifically for members and friends to come together and talk about what's weighing on our minds and hearts.

This isn't a typical meeting with a preset agenda. Instead, we'll suggest a range of topics — from the latest policy attacks to local organizing strategies to the emotional toll
of this moment. Or you can bring your own topic. We’ll let the conversation flow based
on what our community needs to process together that day.

Bring a friend, make new friends and enjoy some great conversation.

Come ready to listen, share, and remember that we're building this resistance together,
one conversation at a time.

We encourage everyone to support Lefty's by purchasing a beverage while we gather.

RSVP here.

Indivisible SYV Town Hall - Here Come the Midterms!

The 2026 midterm election race for US House and Senate seats is in full swing. And the results of these races could not be more important, as gaining the majority is this is the only way we can stop further devastating legislation like the Big Ugly Bill and exercise real oversight powers over the corrupt administration in Washington.

Join Indivisible SYV at our April 13 Town Hall as our own Jon Bauman, one of the foremost experts on US House and Senate campaigns, will review US House districts and Senate seats in play for the midterms. We’ll have a scorecard you can follow as we move from the primaries to the general election on November 4.

If you want to work on a campaign from your home city or state by yourself or with a group of friends or relatives, this event is for you. If you want to work on a California campaign, you’ll learn which ones are in play. And we’ll take a vote on which campaign(s) we’ll work on as an Indivisible SYV group. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to learn more about how you and your family and friends across the country can help American voters flip the US House and Senate.

No Kings Rally III - Power to the people

No Thrones. No Crowns. No Kings. On March 28, millions of us across the nation are rising again to show the world that America has no kings and that POWER BELONGS TO THE PEOPLE.

We encourage attendees to wear yellow, orange, or floral prints in honor of spring. Spring represents the triumph of light over darkness and the promise of better days ahead. We want to use this time to build community and a renewed energy in our efforts to peacefully push back.

A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events. Friendly dogs are welcome.

Carpool with friends if you can.
